As mentioned by GamesIndustry.biz, however, this data only includes boxed sales and with Modern Warfare II being quite popular in digital form as well, it’s possible that the launch of the latest Call of Duty entry still has the edge over Ragnarok....

For those with more standard 4K sets, Sony is serving up two options – Favor Resolution, which offers a full 4K at a locked 30fps, and Favor Performance, which offers dynamic 4K and a locked 60fps. Now, if you have access to a VRR-capable TV with HDMI 2.1 inputs, the Favor Resolution mode will offer a 4K and 40fps and Favor Performance will offer dynamic 4K that “targets” 120fps. Considering how disappointingly-slow Halo Infinite content updates have been arriving, a battle royale mode launching during Season 3 seems unlikely. Then again, it’s being developed by Certain Affinity, not 343 Industries, so who knows? Rolling out a big battle royale mode would certainly generate some excitement and perhaps buy 343 some time to get their house in order.
