In a new video shared on YouTube, RetroRacounteur reported that he has been recently contacted by multiple sources revealing some new details on the upcoming open-world game developed by Avalanche Software. Apparently, the game’s level design has been heavily inspired by Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Ghost of Tsushima, and The Last of Us Part 2, and its open-world will feature multiple regions and towns with unique NPC that will make them feel alive....

68% of the sales happened on PlayStation 5, while the remaining 32% of users bought the PS4 version (which comes with a free PS5 upgrade, by the way). Compared to the first game’s debut, Horizon Forbidden West sales in the UK were down by 35%. However, GfK only tracks boxed sales, and the percentage of digital sales has massively increased in the past five years. In other Horizon Forbidden West news, Guerrilla Game Director Mathijs de Jonge told Dutch online magazine NU that the game was delayed out of 2021 to avoid crunch issues....

The 1.13 patch introduces plenty of fixes for both Main Quests and Side Quests, which should make for a smoother experience. The new Horizon Forbidden West patch also introduces fixes for World Activities, Machines, and interface. Fixed an issue with Main Quest “Reach for the Stars” where progression did not update after restarting the “Clear the rubble with the pullcaster" objective. Fixed an issue with Main Quest “To the Brink” where Belna would sometimes not spawn after objective “Clear the Daunt: Kill the Machines”....

South Korean outlet MTN reported (caught by VGC) that Sony is partnering with NCSoft, a South Korean developer and publisher, to work on the project. If you’re unsure what NCSoft has worked on, they’re responsible for the Lineage and Guild Wars series. This new game project is known as “Project H” in job advertisements in Korea. If these reports are to be believed, Sony seeking out NCSoft makes sense, as they also want to add live-service titles to the PS5’s library....

According to Alessandro Paluzzi, a frequent Instagram tipster, the company is exploring the possibility that would allow the users to create longer Reels. Currently, users are able to create Reels that are up to 60 seconds long but in the near future, users might be able to shoot 90-second or one-and-a-half-minute long Reels.
